Customer Service Representative
Dispatch: Under moderate supervision of the Dispatch Supervisor, performs various customer service transactions and dispatches service calls to route technicians.
Data Entry: Accepting time sheet reports from route technicians and closing out time entry accurately.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Adheres to work schedule and attendance policy requirements. Staffing of this position requires rotation of weekend hours.
Consistently represents the company and its services in a positive manner while taking calls from customers.
Complies with the rules of operation, procedures and policy when using company computers.
Processes payroll time sheets and expenses turned in by Technicians in a timely and accurately manner.
Enters customer information into the database system and dispatches calls to the appropriate technician.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of general office machines.
Basic computer skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Fluent English/Spanish required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
